Great location just 5 mins to Russell Square tube. The executive room was spacious with a TV, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Heating was good and the shower had decent water pressure. We had no noise issues at night which was a huge plus. Breakfast had a variety of options including full English. Staff handled our luggage easily.

The location is ideal, with easy access to multiple attractions, including nearby theaters and parks. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always eager to help with our needs.

Not to mention, the bathroom has a shower setup that can struggle with water pressure, and the overhead shower did not provide the most enjoyable experience. Street noise is a notable annoyance, making it hard to catch some Zs at night especially if you're facing the road. The lack of air conditioning is another downside, which can make the rooms uncomfortably warm. Also worth mentioning, the continental breakfast could benefit from more variety, as it feels limited considering the price.

We had a double room on the ground floor—no stairs to deal with! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. We loved the peace of the garden view, really relaxing. There were some great restaurants nearby too. Breakfast was good, but the coffee could use a little improvement.

We did have a bit of trouble with noise from the street, especially on the first night when it was hard to get to sleep. But overall, we made the best of it.
