Convenient and spacious stay
Great location just 5 mins to Russell Square tube. The executive room was spacious with a TV, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Heating was good and the shower had decent water pressure. We had no noise issues at night which was a huge plus. Breakfast had a variety of options including full English. Staff handled our luggage easily.

Location shines bright, being just a stone's throw from major attractions like the British Museum and a quick hop to both Russell Square and Holborn tube stations. The room features a cozy seating area that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, topped off by ample storage for your gear.
The décor could definitely use an update, with some furnishings feeling cheap and the overall appearance appearing a bit shabby around the edges. Not to mention, the bathroom has a shower setup that can struggle with water pressure, and the overhead shower did not provide the most enjoyable experience. Street noise is a notable annoyance, making it hard to catch some Zs at night especially if you're facing the road. The lack of air conditioning is another downside, which can make the rooms uncomfortably warm. Also worth mentioning, the continental breakfast could benefit from more variety, as it feels limited considering the price.

The location at the Grange is fantastic. Just a short walk to the British Museum and restaurants. The room I had was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom that felt modern. I appreciated the cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. Staff members were friendly and quick to assist with any questions I had, which made my stay more enjoyable. the breakfast options were quite limited. I wished there were more choices beyond the Continental fare. the tube station being nearby made getting around very easy, but some street noise was noticeable at night. The wi-fi was reliable, which was a plus. A few details in the room decor seemed a bit outdated, but it didn’t distract from my overall experience.

Comfy stay in a quiet spot!
We had a double room on the ground floor—no stairs to deal with! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. We loved the peace of the garden view, really relaxing. There were some great restaurants nearby too. Breakfast was good, but the coffee could use a little improvement.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
We spent a night in a clean, comfy double room. The location couldn't be better for theatre visits. The hotel has potential. however, some furnishings look worn out. I recommend exploring nearby dining options for a delightful meal after the show.

The décor was charmingly traditional, reminiscent of a cozy English tea room. The lobby was bright and welcoming, and I appreciated the comfortable seating that made it easier for us seniors to relax.
More convenient elevator access would be helpful.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location was just perfect for visiting the British Museum and grabbing food nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from everything we wanted to see!
We did have a bit of trouble with noise from the street, especially on the first night when it was hard to get to sleep. But overall, we made the best of it.
